When your mental mentality is convoluted with negative and positive images, which one dominates you? To successively gain advantages in marketing your product/service, your level of mental confidence determines who will follow your action call.

Have you ever heard the phrase, ” Your Thoughts Create Your Life “? This statement is repeated by marketing speakers many times during their training seminars. But what is the direct way to convince your mental mentality that the marketing plan or system you are working works when success has not come?

You have been updating your blog continuously, writing articles and submitting to several sites, posting videos regarding the benefits of your product/service and keeping the social sites updated. The visitors to your site(s) have been steady but the sales aren’t.

As times like this continually occur, the advertising, hosting and educational costs are mounting, increasing the doubt within your mind. These thoughts grow as each passing day continues with this type of cycle. The mental toughness necessary to carry each of us through these situations must be trained and ingrained continually.

As difficult as it is to keep ourselves strong, motivated and excited to keep doing the necessary actions daily, what programming within your mind can be implemented to maintain your drive?

Each person’s mental mentality is different. We all react to disappointment with varying heights of emotions, but on which side of the positive/negative line determines our future. If you’re the type that remaining positive is difficult, the dangers to making it to your dream are severely impacted. So you must find ways to ‘train‘ your mental mentality to overcome and prosper.

What process exists to train the mind to conquer this situation?

Many books are written addressing this and are extremely effective. It is imperative as marketers, we ingrain a system that we identify with and will make practice of it without question. Simply blocking negative thoughts won’t work in the beginning. Meditating and speaking a positive statement regarding our qualities is great practice as well, but early, is difficult in improving your situation.

Ultimately, it comes down to your commitment level to the reason you’ve chosen to do this. To commit means you have looked within, honestly, and determined what will be your goals. These goals must be written down and viewable from your area of work. This can not be overlooked. When the negative begins to creep in, seeing your goals can be the best start to getting your mental mentality back in the correct frame.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste” can not be more correct and more applicable as a Network Marketer. Competition is large and many new programs/systems are being introduced daily. There is no doubt that most of these work but each one requires strong efforts to do the little things continuously, daily, and without distractions.

For each success we hear of or know of, perseverance was one of the main ingredients that brought that final goal to fruition. And in all cases I know of, the individual’s goals were written down and viewed often. Regardless of any other mental training that was implemented, seeing your goals regularly is critical.

The mental mentality of marketing requires mental strength. Each day is different. Some have setbacks, others have successes, most may not move forward at all. The goals you have, intermediate ones and even larger ones, situated in front of you and viewable, so your minds eye reaffirms every action to take towards those intentions, is warranted.

Completing our daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals are necessary must be known, solidly, so when the mind wanders away, the mental mentality within can re-route our minds back to the choice we committed too. No action can begin unless the mind knows a plan, so plan your goals out. Write them down and place them in your view so each day you are training your mental mentality to complete each task.
