All of us have received a little something extra at some time
to increase the experience. Maybe it was an extra item thrown in during
a purchase that made it easier to go back to that particular establishment
the next time. Maybe it was free dessert at a restaurant or
not having to pay for that drink at the bar.

When something we were not expecting occurs, our ‘value definition’
is triggered and we feel special, as though we got away with something.
Our experience is increased simply due to this extra unexpected ‘value’.

So how could this type of experience be found in our luxury vacation travels?
Simple; increasing the opportunity to explore our intended location
more than normal because we did not have to pay too much for our accommodations.

Would you agree that if you spent one-third the cost of most travelers
on your accommodations, you would be able to explore more, thereby
easily defining your vacation now as a ‘luxury vacation experience‘?
Saving money on any vacation increases the experience.

A normal ‘vacation’ can turn into a ‘luxury vacation’ because of the added
experience due to decreased costs. And not having to pay as much on
accommodations provides the additional funds to explore many
more points of interest and even those points not really known as ‘interests’.

Value is increased simply because more has been added to the experience
and we all enjoy more. We feel we got a better deal whenever
we receive more. We walk around with head held high, shoulders back,
a spring in our step. We are special, or lucky, but either way
our experience has been heightened and no one can take it away.

IT IS NOT A GOAL

There are many who dream; about being a professional athlete,
actor, corporate CEO, top sales person, rich – but there are only a few
that will take the necessary steps and complete those steps to reach
their dream. Dreams are a dime a dozen because many will not follow through.

They return to hope and wishing, like buying a lotto ticket and
first they dream what they would do if they actually won but then
return to just wishing they could get some of the numbers
to purchase another hope.

There are no real secrets to success.
Only steps to take to get you closer and closer and then, there.
Each step in the process is necessary. It takes time to act on some
of the steps, putting into action to get results. But the main characteristic
of those that complete each step is simply this; a commitment to complete.

A COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE

Those that have the desire to see the dream through have taken
the time to lay out the steps they believe will get them to their destination.
They plan, first in general terms on what is believed to get there
and then they drill into each phase outlining the steps in between each sub-goal
in order to reach the next plateau, which will lead to the final destination.

It requires desire; the desire to do whatever it takes.
It requires a vision; the vision to see not only where they want to go but
the intermediate steps that will take them there.
It requires a commitment; a commitment to complete each step before
moving on to the next step, THEN COMPLETING IT.

It is not magic. It is not foolish. It is not simple.
What it is – is action – devising the step and then acting on those steps
to completion that makes the difference.

If your goal is to be an online marketer, you need desire,
vision, action and commitment. But your most important asset is
the commitment to complete for without this, distractions and
negativity surrounds and drags and pulls at you.

It may be a funny video that a friend sends. You watch it and then
watch another one, and another. Soon time has slipped away and you now
cannot complete what you originally set out to do. So it gets put off till later,
the problem is for most, later never returns.
