All of us know how detrimental our tempers can be. We get agitated and then our minds are switched. Switched away from the focus needed to provide clear content that directs all necessary actions. A blank sheet of paper can get filled with random thoughts, steps if you will, to reach each one. Then rearranging them into a somewhat coherent ideas and fill in the spaces gets the mind re-focused.

Anything that modifies the mood works. Find a few that work for you and your back in the game.
