Examine Driving Traffic to Your Website Using Article Marketing

In an earlier post, we looked at 5 reasons for using Articles to drive traffic to
your website. These 5 reasons were (in no particular order);
Define the Expert
, Inexpensive Longtime Work, Resource Box Use, Longevity and, Back-Links.

Each of these benefits are important so with this post, let’s break down into more detail
one of these 5 for a clearer understanding. In particular, we will discuss the Resource Box.

Why is the Resource Box of your articles so important for driving traffic to your website?


  • At the bottom of every article you want to utilize a powerful gift;
    the Resource Box.

There are 2 main ways in which to utilize this area; one is to continue with the training or
idea within your article by sending the reader to your site, the second, by sending
the reader to a specific page of your site to capture their information.

In your chosen niche, your site is the focal point where visitors see your banners, ads,
marketing message regarding the product(s) you want them to purchase. These visitors have
an interest in this niche, that is why they read your article and clicked to your site,
now it is your desired action for them to make a purchase.

When you write an article and place your blog in the Resource Box it is because you have
further in-depth information for them to access. Your blog may have more detail on
the product; a video that goes into clarifications, or other form of information
that the reader can use to improve their decision making.


The Resource Box can be laid out to promote this action. Simply by stating within
the Resource Box, “for further information” or “if you want to learn more
specific information”
or “see our video demonstration” as a way for the
CALL-TO-ACTION to be effective.

You are telling the reader that you have more information to offer them to better their
decision making process, to further educate them on why you know what you are talking
about. This process works wonders when the readers of your article is not familiar with
you yet but is curious about the information you provided.


You want to plan this strategy out and formulate it correctly by doing an in-depth
article on your blog that covers your information clearly and precisely and then prepare
3-5 articles that speak about a portion of the post. By creating several articles that
breaks down to smaller, general informative data, then direct the readers to your
blog
for the whole picture really provides value. Submit these articles to 1, 2 or 3
different directories so that readers are approaching your website from several
outside locations to further their education.

Very effective!

If you are promoting a specific program, product or service and this is what your article
is regarding, setting up a specific page on your website to send them via the Resource Box
is a good strategy. On this page you can place the reviews, the material ads, the video,
everything you want to incorporate into the promotion so that the article viewer has it there.


In addition, you want to make sure that you have a way to capture their names and emails
on this page so you can further communicate with them over time. Once the article reader is
curious and clicks on your link, they are shown the one page that has the ad copy,
pictures and pertinent information for the purchase.

Article marketing is a powerful resource and you should have it as one of your foundational
strategies in marketing. The power of the Resource Box goes without saying: it is the
CALL-TO-ACTION element. You are directing the readers that have any interest,
a curiosity, the desire to purchase by this action.

Your site then is set up to create the sale, the intended purpose. Your second most reliable
resource is the Resource Box of the article to get them to your store front;
the first is to provide
quality information. Do not discount this element and make
sure you make the text within the Resource Box act as a
continuational component of the article.

Determine beforehand the articles purpose; informative to get visitors to inform them
further, or, information to get purchasers. The Resource Box must be set up to accomplish
this as much as your site must be set up to receive the visitors for your
CALL-TO-ACTION
within your article.

Structure Your Marketing Message As ‘Value’ In Your Network Marketing Strategy

Hey business is tough and not just for everyone. Now if you are self confident enough to say “there is no other way for a successful life,” then what business model do you chose? Find a franchise and run it; purchase an existing store; run an internet business; provide a service to others; it does not matter because if you are incapable of communicating your message, you will have no customers.

This is where you marketing efforts come into play. Structuring a marketing message that is understood requires creativity, knowledge, and tenacity. The bottom line is to reach more customers, make them aware of your message and then allow that message to resonate.


Some will understand it immediately, others won’t get it, and still others will be curious or intrigued enough to research further. Provided you are able to structure you message in a way that fits your personality, then more likely, you will be successful.

What I mean by ‘fits your personality’ is this; if you are not very outgoing and you try to make an ‘over-the-top’ ad campaign, your customers will see through this once they have communicated with you. Your campaign must fit two elements of your business; your personality and your business message to the customers.

You wouldn’t use a clown to advertise a funeral home nor would you use a politician to speak about a massage parlor. The message must be relevant to your brand, what you want to be associated with.


Ultimately it comes down to what you provide your customer and what the customers believes they will receive from your product or service. It is relevant to ‘value’ that the customer believes that are getting for the price they paid.

Warren Buffett stated, “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.”

Without perceived value from the recipient then there is no trust. Without trust, there are no return sales. Everything the business owner sets in motion to describe his or her business should focus on this basic premise first and then create the campaign that gets the message across.

In Network Marketing, the daily grind does not show value nor does the compensation plan, so why present it that way. If you are truly desiring to grow any Network Marketing business then you must understand the value within, what value your lead or prospect holds dear, and craft your marketing message toward that value.


You will not build a business without first understanding the value inherit with your product or service to those that will be making the purchase. Structure you marketing message around this ‘value’ and speak it always and you will find more individuals interested in growing your business with you.
