Sure I want to help you and that is one of my main goals as a Network Marketer. Our entire business is based upon assisting others in the quest of reaching their goals and dreams because if our team does not succeed then neither do we as Networkers. Networking is expanding of social interaction, which by definition requires interaction with others.

So when a member sends an email stating negative thoughts, or self pity excuses, as the leader YOU must have a ready-made response. No it is not just pumping them up. Your professional ethics require you to take the high road. What is the bottom line question this individual is asking?

Do you even know? When we start something new, it is natural to worry, to believe that things are not going to work out, that we are somewhat less likely to do this. We haven’t been taught this before and now struggling to earn a living, taking this type of risk now can be devastating.

Network or Internet Marketing is no different than other professions. There is a learning curve instilled and if you aren’t willing to educate yourself, put in extra effort to advance, then your level of success will be extremely small. There are plenty of ebooks, online programs and other training information available but it comes down to your own personal activity.

If you want something bad enough then it stands to reason that you will put in the effort to get it. Otherwise you are just hoping for a winning lottery ticket. Sure you may not have the talent YET because you are new so take the time, put in the effort to learn as much as you can. This may mean that in the beginning, you will have to spend more than you like to educate yourself, or put in more time to learn something, or find a mentor to assist you.

And then, you will have to listen, comprehend, and put into action what you have learned or believe that you have learned and see if it works. It may or it may not, that is why you hear “TEST, TEST, TEST” so much. Tweak what doesn’t work and eventually some things will and you will be on your way.

The “easy button” only exists in commercials. Network Marketing requires time, effort, commitment and the willingness to go beyond the norm. It requires you to think, to act, to ask, to learn and to assist. Communication means talking and listening, then understanding and acting.

There is no real easy answer when someone sends the dreaded “I can’t” email. My general response is to “look in the mirror and decide if you really want this!” Look deep within your soul, because that is where the commitment is located and if you can’t find it, go work for a boss, be ordered what to do so you can get through your day.

I am about financial freedom which Network Marketing has the potential to provide everyone that dedicates themselves to it. Learn what is required then go a little extra. Build relationships with people and inform them, question motives and inspire movement. This is what builds success.

You can never toot your own horn until the instrument is polished, practiced and cleaned so don’t think that your internet marketing is one ad, one product, one post and then successful. If you allow self-doubt to creep in either beat it back, yell it back, and keep moving forward. The prize is up ahead but you will never see it if you don’t place one foot in front of the other.
