Set your own schedule. Be your own boss. Creative freedom. These are a few of the benefits one could have by setting up their own business working from their home. So how could this type of change happen for you? Are you able to do such a different venture?

Let’s determine the basic requirements of such a life change. Are you a self starter? Can you focus on necessary tasks without distractions? Do you have the mindset to work alone? Can you complete?

These may seem like simple questions however working at home on a business can be a lonely process in the beginning. If you are going to utilize technology, the internet, then get ready to work by yourself until there is enough income coming in to afford outsourcing or hiring employees.

You may have heard to start a business, find something that you are passionate about and it won’t feel like work. This may be true but in the beginning this passion could fade quickly while working at it alone. If it takes some time before any income is generated, what then?

Most quit before they really get started and the reasons come rapid fire. In reality, many just can’t handle the loneliness when they came from an environment of daily interaction with several people.

Hobbies are hobbies because they provide a break from ‘real life’ however if you have knowledge regarding your hobby and there is a market, then your knowledge can be very beneficial.

Maybe you have experience or other skills that can be utilized for a business. People skills can be highly successful for the entrepreneur. Connecting people with others where both parties benefit can be successful. Opportunities abound for at home businesses but one requirement that hasn’t been discussed yet is ACTION.

Taking action starts the entire process. Making a determined decision that where you are today, with all the efforts you have put in to this point, isn’t making you happy. Satisfaction comes in many forms and if a person is satisfied with their efforts but isn’t happy, was it really worth it?

That is a tough question. There are millions of people that simply never gave their dreams a chance to materialize, are you one of them? Would you be willing to risk your self, your inner self, to make that type of change? You should know that money does not buy happiness and being wealthy does not make a person happy.

Being able to assist others and see their success does. A service mentality, the mindset, is what sets most business owners apart and those that understand this motive, are happy. Their richness shows in what they do, how they interact with others and their loved ones.

So I submit to you not only the questions above but also, if you are thinking of taking this plunge into working from home, look into the mirror. Be honest with yourself before you do and really think about WHY you want to work for yourself from home. If you know the answer, contact me.

Hey business is tough and not just for everyone. Now if you are self confident enough to say “there is no other way for a successful life,” then what business model do you chose? Find a franchise and run it; purchase an existing store; run an internet business; provide a service to others; it does not matter because if you are incapable of communicating your message, you will have no customers.

This is where you marketing efforts come into play. Structuring a marketing message that is understood requires creativity, knowledge, and tenacity. The bottom line is to reach more customers, make them aware of your message and then allow that message to resonate.

Some will understand it immediately, others won’t get it, and still others will be curious or intrigued enough to research further. Provided you are able to structure you message in a way that fits your personality, then more likely, you will be successful.

What I mean by ‘fits your personality’ is this; if you are not very outgoing and you try to make an ‘over-the-top’ ad campaign, your customers will see through this once they have communicated with you. Your campaign must fit two elements of your business; your personality and your business message to the customers.

You wouldn’t use a clown to advertise a funeral home nor would you use a politician to speak about a massage parlor. The message must be relevant to your brand, what you want to be associated with.

Ultimately it comes down to what you provide your customer and what the customers believes they will receive from your product or service. It is relevant to ‘value’ that the customer believes that are getting for the price they paid.

Warren Buffett stated, “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.”

Without perceived value from the recipient then there is no trust. Without trust, there are no return sales. Everything the business owner sets in motion to describe his or her business should focus on this basic premise first and then create the campaign that gets the message across.

In Network Marketing, the daily grind does not show value nor does the compensation plan, so why present it that way. If you are truly desiring to grow any Network Marketing business then you must understand the value within, what value your lead or prospect holds dear, and craft your marketing message toward that value.

You will not build a business without first understanding the value inherit with your product or service to those that will be making the purchase. Structure you marketing message around this ‘value’ and speak it always and you will find more individuals interested in growing your business with you.
